Script

Your script is written in the AI chatWrite your video by chatting with the AI chat (for example, Claude). When the script is ready, it sends it straight here as a draft for you to review.

Connect once

Open the AI chat.
Go to its Settings, find Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
Name it VidRen and paste your connector link.
Click Add, then Connect, and sign in with your VidRen account. You only do this once.

Make a video

Start a new chat. Give it a topic, or paste your own script. It shows you the script to review.
Tell it the most words per scene. It splits the script (no scene longer, some shorter) and shows you the scenes to review.
Choose what goes in: Doodle Boards mixed in, stock search words, or visual prompts for Google Flow (send it a picture to copy its look). It shows you the result to review.
Say “Send it to VidRen.” It asks first, sends after your yes, then tells you to set the settings here.

Write the spoken line on screenThis look is built around the sentence being written out word by word as it is said. Turning it off leaves the graphics on their own. You still get a subtitle file to upload alongside the video.Burn a subtitle onto the beats with no words on themA scene you put your own visual on gives its whole frame to the visual and shows no writing at all. This puts the spoken line along the bottom of those beats only. Every other scene already writes the words itself and is left alone.
